Liberty Guard is run by the Liberty Guard team.

What we collect

For ER:LC servers that connect Liberty Guard, from the PRC API: Roblox user IDs and usernames, in-game positions while you are on the server, join and leave times, kills, commands and mod calls.

From what staff do: flags, cases, verdicts, notes, actions and appeals.

From public Roblox data, only for alt checks: an account's age, and whether it shares friends, groups or avatar items with accounts the server has banned. We keep the resulting score and the reasons, never the friend or group lists.

From Discord: the user IDs of staff who act on cases, and your Discord ID, name and avatar if you open an appeal or sign in to the dashboard.

Why

To help each community's staff find cheating and decide what to do about it. We do not sell data, show ads, or share one community's records with another.

How long we keep it

• Flags: 6 months.
• Cases, actions and trust history: 12 months.
• Join history: 90 days.
• Player records: 12 months after you were last seen.
• Audit records: 24 months.

Positions are held in memory for a few minutes and saved only as evidence when something is flagged.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The dashboard sets two that it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours, and one that protects the Discord sign-in step. Neither is used for tracking.

Your choices

Ask the community that runs the server to delete what it holds about you: owners can do this with /forget or from the dashboard. You can appeal any case with /appeal open in that community's Discord.
